Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cendol AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by SWH Alpha Pte Ltd(“we”, “us”, “Cendol AI”), a company registered in Singapore.

Cendol AI is an AI-powered search visibility optimization platform. It helps website owners improve their presence across Google Search (SEO), AI Assistants (AEO), AI Search Results (GEO), and Voice Search (VSEO).

The Service works by:

• Acting as an edge proxy between your website’s visitors and your origin server, modifying outbound HTML to apply SEO optimizations in real time
• Analyzing your site’s search performance using Google Search Console data you authorize us to access
• Using AI to generate optimized content, structured data, meta tags, and internal links
• Continuously monitoring search rankings and adjusting strategies based on measured outcomes

When using Cendol AI, you agree to:

• DNS Configuration: Point your domain to our edge proxy by creating a CNAME DNS record as instructed during setup. You are responsible for maintaining correct DNS settings.
• Google Search Console Access: Grant us read-only access to your GSC property so we can retrieve keyword and ranking data. You must have the authority to grant this access.
• Content Review: While Cendol AI operates autonomously, you are responsible for periodically reviewing AI-generated content published on your website to ensure it meets your standards and is factually accurate.
• Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate information about your website and business when using the Service.

Cendol AI uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic’s Claude) to generate and optimize content for your website. While we strive for quality and accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your search rankings. Search engine algorithms are complex and outside our control.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You should review content published on your site, especially for factual claims.
• We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue improvements.
• Search engine rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm updates, competitor actions, and other factors unrelated to our Service.

You agree NOT to use Cendol AI to:

• Optimize websites that contain illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Engage in search engine spam, cloaking, hidden text, or other practices that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Cendol AI offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features after a reasonable grace period.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of your website, your content, and your data. By using Cendol AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and modify your website’s HTML through our edge proxy solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Cendol AI for your website (pages, meta descriptions, structured data, etc.) is created for your use. You own the output as it appears on your website. We retain no exclusive rights to content generated for your site.

Our Service

The Cendol AI platform, algorithms, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of SWH Alpha Pte Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our underlying technology beyond the right to use the Service as described.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Cendol AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any loss of search rankings, organic traffic, or revenue that may result from using or discontinuing the Service.
• We are not liable for downtime, errors, or data loss caused by third-party services (Google, Cloudflare, Supabase, etc.).
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWH Alpha Pte Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content on your website (including AI-generated content you chose to publish)
• Your violation of any third-party rights

By You

You may stop using Cendol AI at any time. You can delete individual sites from your dashboard or request full account deletion by contacting us. When you delete a site, we remove the Cloudflare hostname, DNS records, KV cache, and mark your data as deleted.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe or urgent violations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your website will revert to serving directly from your origin server once DNS records are updated. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cendol AI.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
